Day 2 -

Breakfast: 1 cup of strawberry Special K
                 1/2 cup of 1% milk

30 min of Elliptical
30 min of treadmill

Snack:  1/2 cup of non-fat vanilla yogurt

             1/4 cup of apples

30 min of yoga

30 min of aerobics


Lunch:  1 italian sausage, egg whites and onion scramble             
             1 cup of vegetables
             1/2 cup of apple sauce



1 hour of reading ("Eating Animals")


Snack: 1/4 cup of cashews
            1 low fat string cheese 


30 min of ab workout
30 min of biking



2 hour documentary (Food Inc.)

Dinner:  Chicken Breast, celery and onion stir fry
              1 cup of plain Jasmine rice

Snack:  1 Apple
